This past weekend was the Rock and Roll Half Marathon in Virginia Beach. It was awesome. I got a lot of surfing in and was able to see BOYZ II MEN, the Temptations and the Black Crows live in concert. BOYZ II MEN were off the charts and a total class act. I have been cranking out a lot of work on my play and will hopefully have something to show in the coming days besides my sore legs :)
